Each team will need to submit 4 lineup cards for League Champs and 7 for All Stars.

Region 76 Coach
12U and a 10U Coach Class Sunday 8/14/2022 at La Cienega Park Community Center.  Check-in starts at 8:30 am and class starts at 9:00 am sharp.
10U will start on the field while 12U will start in the classroom.  If you need the 10U Field Only session, we have that listed as well.
Register in eTrainU.  I believe the 12U need to do a pre-class online in order to register.

Upper Division Rules for 2022/23

• Games that begin late may be shortened.  Games MUST end on time.
• Substitutions will be on the "eighths". There will not be Monitored Substitutions.
• ID cards - are mandatory beginning DBD. Points for seeding begin DBD.
